Effective May 1, 2025, the administration and servicing of certain mortgage accounts will be transferred from Pillar Financial Services Inc. to Advanced Alternative Lending.
This change means that, starting on that date, all enquiries related to impacted mortgage accounts—including payment processing, construction draws, property tax information, and general customer service—should be directed to the new administrator:
